LEIGH MADE A SPECIAL TREAT FOR US ON MY MOM’S BIRTHDAY WHILE WE WERE OUT HERE – THIS WAS MY MOM’S “FAMOUS” COCONUT PIE – LEIGH MADE IT FOR US IN MEMORY OF HER! DELICIOUS AND SUCH A SWEET THING TO DO!

I suppose the pistachios grow there, and fall all over the yard and roads like acorns and black walnuts do here. Never cobsidered that.
